-Take the role as HR Business Partner, responsible for departments in Vehicle Motion Division in Bosch Suzhou; -Supports management by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions in topics like organization change, competencies and people development, Leadership development and etc. and act as change agent in dealing with OD topics; -Managing key HR processes and topics such as Succession Plan, Performance Management, Talent Validation and Review, Annual Salary Review, and Associates Development, etc.; -Understanding associates and involve in the communication session in Associates survey; -Playing as HR Consultant to business manager on people issue handing and ER cases; -Other HR Projects to support business needs; 职位要求： -Bachelor degree or above; -5 years above working experience in HR area, experienced in HR Business Partner role, -Knowledge of Labor Contract Law and relevant Legal regulation 能熟练使用今日招聘网，招聘号的维护
